Perfect for all different flow days
These are a multi pack for different flows during your cycle ..so by 1 box for all days ! And plastic applicater which makes it way more comfortable and easy to change out. A little spendy, but worth the price.

Applicator is comfortable
More comfortable than other products and ai feel more secure and protected using Tampax Pearl. Not bulky and absorbs well. Easy to remove as well. Overall, my go to pick, especially in summer months.

Getting less absorbent
These tampons have been getting smaller. I used to be able to wear a super plus for 8 hours and be fine, but now I can’t even go 4 hours without having to change an Ultra. I have tested against other products I use, so I know it’s not because my flow has changed. They are easy to insert and remove though.

I've been using Tampax Pearl Ultra for a while, and it has become one of my go to period products. It is very comfortable to wear and provides excellent protection, even on heavier flow days. I like that the applicator is smooth and easy to use, making insertion comfortable. The LeakGuard Braid gives me extra confidence throughout the day, whether I'm at school, working out, or running errands. I also appreciate that it stays securely in place and helps prevent leaks. Overall, it's a reliable product that helps me feel comfortable and protected during my period.

One of the few Ultra absorbencies available
As someone with pcos and endo, I have extremely heavy periods, and Tampax Ultra is the only tampon that I have found that consistently works for me. The biggest reason I keep buying these is is that they're one of the few options available with Ultra absorbency.

Tampax Pearl packs a heavy flow
Tampa’s pearl jumbo tampons is the trio kit. It comes with 45 tampons in all 22 super 12 super plus and 11 ultra this is for when you need a very durable absorbent and effective tampon on your heavier days. The three sizes are convenient it doesn’t have a scent on the applicator paper or anything. It just smells like regular cotton. It’s unscented and it has a leak guard anti freeze protection or whatever I don’t know anyway this is a good value the box last me at least two months. More ultra leftover than any other size. I hope this was helpful.

Great absorption!
It holds up very well! The only downside is what the use to absorb. Not the healthiest material / chemical. The tampons is a very easy remove. The size is slightly bigger than most due to the absorption. It is my go to for my heaviest days when I am unable to change as frequently as I would like to.

Comfortable and Easy Design
The applicator glides in smoothly (TMI I know), but this is so important! Many tampons cause discomfort, but not this one. It feels as if nothing is there. The variety box offers various sizes for heavier flows.

Tampon Reviews and Ratings
These tampons are way to big. They absorb quickly, but then leak a lot once saturated. They also hold way too much, so they could make a mess if all the way full.

Tampax Pearl Ultra has a 20mm diameter and offers up to 100% leak & odor-free protection with LeakGuard Braid. For better fit, try Tampax Pearl Super Plus or Super with smaller diameters.

I love the braided leak guard protection they have. Trusty product I always reach for and re-purchase these anytime I’m in need of them. Other brands just don’t compare.
