Always night pads have exceptional absorbency & leak protections. I have a very heavy flow but they keep me dry and comfortable overnight which is obviously a must, flexible wings help the pad to stay in place and to prevent zero leaks. Very soft and breathable. The only pads I use and repurchase month after month. 10/10

I've never left a review for products like this. However, at 28, I was unexpectedly put on blood thinners. After soaking through regular pads and clothes, this is the only product that gave me peace of mind overnight and at work. It's definitely long and bulky, but does what it's meant to do for very heavy bleeding.

The fragrance of the pad is too much and it gives me cramps but it has good leakage protection, it absorbs well, it's not that comfortable to be fair as it irritates me sometimes in which I have to apply sudocream

These pads are my absolute FAVORITE pads to buy when it’s that time of month. It has great coverage from front to back, no leakage, comfortable, and not as breathable as the other ones due to it being thick. This is also great for those who are heavy bleeders as well

One of the best pads I’ve ever used. It’s really comfortable and super absorbent . If you have heavy bleeding then this is the perfect pad for you it’s super absorbent and doesn’t leak easily. It’s super soft and does not give you itchy feeling . I will highly suggest this maxi pads for women who bleed heavily. You can wear this pads at night and can sleep peacefully without leakage tension.

I recently tried the Always Maxi Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight Pads with Wings, and I have to say, I’m impressed. These pads are designed for overnight use, and they really deliver on their promise of protection. First off, they're super absorbent. These are the absolute perfect fit for me. It's always been so difficult to find pads for full coverage. For years, I would wear two at a time and there would still be leakage towards the back. It was a blessing to find that these pads don't bunch up it stays put even when I toss and turn in my sleep. I won't buy anything else, this is my go-to from now on.

I have been wearing these pads for years due to being in perimenopause. I used to think they were the best, but they have changed recently, and I’m sad! The top layer shreds into strips pretty quickly, and they leak from the bottom! I’m NOT a fan AT ALL of this new top layer material, and the lack of absorption. So so disappointed!! I wish they would go back to how they were before. Never had any issues with them.

If you are wearing this at night time and you move around a lot, this pet is gonna move with you and you’re most likely not gonna ruin your underwear. If you’re a person that gets a heavy flow weather day or night I highly recommend your body because it does absorb a lot.

I’ve been using Always Overnight Pads for a while now, and they work really well. They are super absorbent and keep me dry all night.
