Always size 5 works best for me. I am very heavy, especially at night, but i wear them during the day as well. Size 5 helps protect me, and my sheets, the wings also help prevent the side leakage.

It’s a good one to use for overnight. It’s perfect for heavy flow, however I wouldn’t use it if I had sensitive skin. But it’s comfortable to use, it’s super thin so you won’t have problem in daily use.

I have been a loyal fan of Always for 5 years, every time my period comes I always use their sanitary napkins. The night type meets my needs very well, no leakage, dry and comfortable feeling. It fits well and I use it day and night. The price is very reasonable, I always have Always sanitary napkins in my house.

Chunky but comfortable to sleep in. Definitely keeps the sheets and blankets clean. They are super absorbing, and easy to wear and take off. They don't leak, even when your flow is high intensity.

Perfect for those days when you don’t need to go full power, but also are scared to go for the daily ones. Personally, I feel kinda guilty if i use full power ones for the days that don’t need such protection, because they have a few inches longer so a few inches longer plastic and materials, and it adds up over time. So I feel like I’m harming environment a bit less if I use this for those days instead. It is leak proof if you use it during the day. It stays safly in place, does not cause allergies, and has a fair odor control. I like that it is odorless. I don’t trust products with odors because the odor itself could cause allergies sorts of allergies and health issues. It is discreet too.
