Tried and true

One of my all-time favorites, I’ve been using it for over ten years and it’s never let me down. Even though it’s marketed as an overnight pad, anyone with a heavier flow could easily use it during the day too. It performs just as well as the thicker options, but the thinner design makes it so much more comfortable.

Trusted brand that has never failed me since I was 12. Great for overnight protection and heavy flows! Comfortable reliable and sticks on well. I also love the wing tips. One time I got it without accidente and it always moved

Living in a house with several girls means having these on hand at all times is a must! Full coverage, super absorbent, lovely scent and pure comfort. You can’t put a price on worry free protection. Comfortable and thin, not just for overnight we use them for all purposes

These Always Overnight Pads are a total lifesaver! They’re super comfortable, absorbent, and give me peace of mind all night long. I love how secure they feel — no leaks, no bunching, and they stay perfectly in place. The length gives great coverage, so I can actually sleep without worrying about accidents. I’ve used Always… well always! I love that it’s thin so you barely fee it but very absorbent! I’ve never had an incident of leakage, so I wear it comfortably knowing I’m protected

Poor

I use to love always pads but I started to get irritated on my thighs. I thought it was just me but other people had the same reaction. I’m not sure if they change the pad but it doesn’t work out for me anymore.

Great coverage

These pads were great for me to use because I bleed very heavily on my menstrual cycle. They were great to stop leaks and to wear overnight. I would recommend to anyone with heavy flow.

Terrible

I don’t know how these pads have the positive reviews that they do. It’s is seriously the equivalent of sticking a sheet of sandpaper in your underwear. They are not soft at all and incredibly abrasive. I used it 1 night and woke up with welts and sore spots everywhere the pad touched my skin. Not absorbent at all either. I threw the rest away. The only reason I bought these was because the other brand I use was out of stock.

I've been using the Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads with Wings (Scented) for a while now, and they are excellent for those heavy-flow nights. The absorbency is fantastic. Despite being ultra-thin, they handle a heavy flow with no issues, providing reliable protection until morning. I haven't experienced any leaks, which is the most important thing for an overnight pad. A common issue with overnight pads is shifting, but the adhesive is incredibly strong and secure. Once you place the pad, it stays firmly in position throughout the night, thanks to the robust glue and the well-placed wings. The wings wrap securely around the underwear, giving you extra confidence in their hold.

Perfection 👌

I cant stand bulky pads, it makes me feel like I have a diaper on, so this one is perfect. Plus it's long which makes it ideal for a plus sized woman like myself, meaning fewer leaks. A 10/10 in ny book.

These are my the best pad for when you have your period especially to sleep in. They stick well and don’t move around. Also it covers a large area that for the most part you don’t have to worry about leaks.

Now my favorite product is not right

Basically all my entire life I've been using Always and I recommend to many friends and family members but for some reason the adhesive or glue under the pads is gone not now but it happens for years now and no one talk about that

Favorite brand

These Always pads with wings are a lifesaver! I've been using them for years, and I'm hooked. They make me feel safe and protected from any accidents. The absorbency is top-notch, and they're so comfortable to wear. As I'm approaching menopause, my periods have become heavier and more unpredictable. These pads have been a godsend, but I'm guessing I'll need to switch to the thicker ones soon. Even so, I'll still be loyal to the Always brand - they know their stuff!
