I've always had a heavy flow so I wear ultra thin #5 overnights with wings even in the daytime. Today, i went to use the restroom after only 1 hour of wearing one and it has leaked over both sides, staining 3 layers of clothing! I'm very disappointed in the lack of absorbency; the wings didn't even offer protection. My flow isn't overly heavy today nor is my activity level shifting my clothing. These are nowhere near the "up to 100% leak free."

I’ve been using the Always Ultra Thin Fresh Size 4 Overnight Pads for a while and they work really well. They provide excellent leak protection throughout the night, even on heavier days, and the wings keep them securely in place. I love that they are thin and comfortable, yet still very absorbent. The light fresh scent is not overpowering and helps me feel clean and confident. Overall, they give me peace of mind and let me sleep comfortably without worrying about leaks.

Dont buy if you have sensitive skin

I got these since I was running out of the ones I normally buy which are the green always ones. I have super sensitive skin and the packaging says nothing regarding if it has scent. If it had stated it was scented I would’ve never bought them. If you smell them there’s an obvious scent to them that my normal ones don’t have. They caused me to have a red rash, super uncomfortable for longer wear, they don’t absorb at all the pad gets completely full and wet causing it to be super uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody with sensitive skin.

I use these during the day and at night. They are invisible under clothing and hold more liquid than thicker pads, I’ve never had a leak and my periods are heavy. They provide privacy and security, they are perfect.

Always ultra thin pads with wings always get the job done! I really won't use any other pads. These have the best protection and aren't bulky so you cannot see them through my clothes. I can wear these all night without having to get up for a change as they are super absorbent and are extra long in the back to ensure I do not have any accidents.

THESE PADS ARE ACTUALLY LIFE SAVERS! These do an amazing job with leakage protection on heavy days and are quite comfortable to move in. Also the wings are just yes! Unlike other pads, these won’t move around. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using this brand ever since I was a teenage. They are reliable and affordable and convenient for travel. It fits nicely on any underwear and is quite comfortable. I’ve never had a spill so the absorbency is reliable and I feel confident relying on this product. It doesn’t have a smell like some pads which I like. I usually buy the bulk pack and it lasts me a while :)

These size 5 pads are great for when you’re sleeping. They’re absorbent, long, and don’t move if you move around in your sleep. Exactly what I’m looking for. Recently, though, I have found that the outer layer has become thinner, so it tends to tear if the sticky side sticks to itself and you try to unpeel it. Hopefully it was just a bad batch, because I’ve been buying these pads for a long time!

I like to use pads while I am sleeping. They do exactly what a pad needs to do, but they do glide even with the wings. This then results in leakage but honestly, what pads don’t? I think they do what needs to be done and I will continue to use them.
