A: Our applicator tampons have a BPA-free polyethylene applicator. They aren’t biodegradable, but they can be recycled where facilities accept this type of plastic. Hope this helps!

Worst tampons
I would give them 0 stars! These were genuinely the worst tampons I’ve tried. I had trouble with multiple tampons not pushing out and having to go through a few before one could be semi inserted. What a waste.

Improved Applicator Epic Fail
The new version of these are terrible. I'm so sad! I love these tampons and have been using them for over a year. I was excited to see the new finger grip. But these are disappointing. The actual applicator is shorter than the original one. And the 2 part plunger is also shorter. So when you go to insert they are both too short and the tampon doesn't go in far enough. I tried it with each size and multiple one's from the box. All had the same results. Epic fail. Unfortunately, I can't return the box I opened so that's money wasted. I'm returning the other two unopened boxes. I will also be contacting Cora.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used these tampons for several cycles now and I'm really happy with them. In terms of feel, they're super comfortable - barely noticeable throughout the day, and the applicator goes in smoothly with no discomfort. The packaging is compact and easy to toss in a bag, with each tampon individually wrapped, which keeps things hygienic. I experienced zero discomfort, even during long wear and an active day. Reliability was great too - no leaks at all, even on heavier days, and absorbency stayed consistent. As for value, the price feels very fair for the quality and quantity you get in the pack. I'll definitely be repurchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try the Cora 100% Organic Cotton Applicator Tampons because I have been using a larger brand for years and years and was excited to try something organic. I am glad that I had an opportunity try these first but unfortunately these were not a hit for me. I felt like the applicator was not long enough and I could not get the tampon to stay in place. These might be better for someone who hasn't given birth to babies. I don't know that I was the target audience for this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really sad I didn’t like these because I love that they’re organic and pure cotton, but these are a hard NO for me. First— the packaging. The wrappers have a tear mark, but they never actually tear fully there. It’s really annoying and I had to keep mangling the packaging to get the tampon out, which made it impossible to use the sleeve to dispose of the applicator after. Functionality— this is really where they’re awful. The tampons never expand. I tried quite a few, and each time, I could see where the tampon is meant to open up for absorption, but it failed to do so. Because of this, I experienced leaking with these tampons. I would not use them again, and I would not recommend.

I was really excited when I read the ingredients on these tampons! They work great, and it’s nice to have an organic option that also comes with an applicator. They’re super easy to use and effective for the appropriate state of flow. I will be trying this again for sure!

Hate the new applicator style it is so faulty half of the tampons are unusable. Some even have it where the plunger suddenly pops and goes all the way through but does not push the sponge and u can’t reset it it literally won’t work anymore and even on the ones that do work the applicator is so weak u have to place the applicator so far in for the sponge to be in the right place or it will fall out, go back to the old design

Make the switch to cotton tampons

The applicator itself is smooth and doesn’t have sharp edges or ridges like other applicators. I also appreciate that there’s no harmful chemicals and nothing that will irritate my body.
