  • A: Our applicator tampons have a BPA-free polyethylene applicator. They aren’t biodegradable, but they can be recycled where facilities accept this type of plastic. Hope this helps!

Consider a different brand!

Absolutely horrible applicator. Does not work leading to many wasted tampons in the trash. Waste of money as well. Is not leak proof.

Comfortable, Easy to Use, and Well Designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tampons are easy to use, compact, and slide in smoothly without any issues. They’re comfortable to wear, and even the packaging feels nice in your hands (especially if you are sensitive to textures). I really like how gentle they are both during insertion and removal. Also the absorption is great - no leaks! Overall, a great product that combines comfort and convenience.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a fan of all natural tampons, and Cora products in general. I did like that this particular tampon was compact and easy to store in a purse or bag, however, I found the applicator itself to be annoying and difficult to use initially. The end of the tampon doesn’t slide out and click as easily as you think it might and I wasted a few before. I actually got one to work correctly. Otherwise, I would use and purchase these again.

Do Not Waste Your Money

I’m sure these are a cleaner alternative but they don’t work. Plain and simple- the applicators are not functional and do not push up the tampons. It’s a shame, I really wanted to like these.

DO NOT BUY! New applicator is terrible. I have wasted so many in this new box trying to get the applicator to push out the actual tampon. I hear the click every time but when the applicator is fully compact again the tampon is still inside the applicator and cannot be used again.

DO NOT BUY.

If I could leave at zero stars, I would. I think I’ve only written a total of three reviews in my life because I only write reviews on things that are worth it, but these applicators break and you cannot use the tampon and then especially if you are in a public place you’re end up having to use your freaking finger to push the tampon in. 0 out of 10, would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money. They may be cheaper than the L. Organic tampons. Not worth it!!!

Waste - bad buy

The original applicator was already a little difficult and took getting use to as it wasn’t secure. The new applicator is absolutely horrible. I’ve wasted so many because the applicator doesn’t push the tampon and it does not have a decent length to it. Will not be buying this again and do not recommend. Trying to organic brand now.

Organic!!!

They are slim and easily fit in your purse. I love natural products so you aren’t exposed to chemicals like alternatives.

Don’t Hesitate Buy Now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to give these a try. My box came with regular and super. I love the colors of the wrappers and the compact size. You have to be careful opening the applicator because I did pull the plunger out by accident one time. I am so happy to have a better choice tampons now. They absorb just as well as the other brand I use. I am very happy.

Effective, clean period care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love most about Cora is their transparency in using only organic cotton and their refusal to use additives- wildly unnecessary things in tampons anyway. Beyond that, they’re just comfortable and secure when inserted, and I never experienced any leaking.

Comfortable and Leak-proof

The new plunger clicks into place, which makes inserting it so much easier. I haven’t had an issue with leaking at all even on my heavy days. I appreciate that the tampons are 100% cotton, this is the only brand I’ll use.

These suck. They changed the way you push it out and it barely works. I had to throw a bunch away because they just didn’t push the actual tampon out and were wasted.
