He loves this heating pad! It heats up quickly and gave him fast relief from the muscle pain. It's very relaxing as well!

This item actually arrived like a godsend at the tail end of a horrible bout of E coli, and I was delighted to use it to calm my stomach and also elsewhere like my shoulders for body aches. I do have it upside down in my photo (just a preference) but no matter which way you lay it, this thing is amazing. It has 4 heat settings (warm, low, med, hi) and a 2 hour auto shutoff for safety. It heats immediately. The fabric is a very soft microfiber fleece and there is a hand pocket on top along with a strap to secure it to your waist more tightly. I wear a size 18/20 and the strap bareeeely fit while standing and was too tight to be comfortable while sitting so be aware that this element won't do anything for you if you're plus size. It would be nice if they'd include an extension clip piece or lengthen the strap and allow cutting for length, etc. Without the strap, it is sort of just a regular heating pad but the quality is so nice and the hand pockets are neat enough that I still recommend it over others.

Very cleverly engineered. It can gets very warm and the medium setting is perfect for her. It's rolls up and compact enough that she can take it with her. Adding a thin tower would help to keep it clean and less maintenance.

And it's much, much warmer on Low, than my traditional heating pad is on high. If you have intense pain, you need intense heat!! I’ve used it for lower back pain and muscle soreness, and it provides steady, soothing heat that helps a lot. The carbon fiber heating feels consistent and comfortable. The only downside is that it’s corded, which limits mobility and makes it less convenient if you want to move around. Aside from that, it’s effective, easy to use, and does exactly what it’s meant to do. Overall, a solid product.
