Do not buy
Doesnt stick well, the adhesive is only on the ends of the patch instead of the whole patch being adhesive like name brands. 100% will not stick again if moved or taken off so you cant adjust it. Flimsy material. It got lukewarm at best. It’s also advertised as a neck patch but the picture shows someone with it on the top of their back/shoulders, not neck. Doesn’t work for neck. Would not recommend

Tried these instead of the Thermacare brand that I usually get. These wraps don’t even get warm. The crystals inside clump together and the wrap stays the same temp it was when taken out of the packaging. Disappointing.

Spotty quality control. Each patch is different.
Box only came with 3 - so I don't know if I got a used box or 1 that had been rifled in the store. Patches take quite awhile to heat up. 1 patch got really hot & stayed warm very long. The other got tepid at best. When it works, it's nice. When it doesn't it's a disappoint.

The adhesive on these is a joke. It is hard to adjust to the neck. You have to be laying flat and not move at all for it to stay still, which proves pointless. Just use a heating pad.
