Very impressed
I started taking this because I have what I would call mild to moderate anxiety and I didn't want to start taking medications. I've been taking them about a month and these along with Olly's Happy saffron supplement has helped me manage that anxiety. I'm in no way saying these should replace seeing a doctor, which i have discussed my anxiety issues with my provider, but they have definitely helped me.

Stuck in a rut

Takes the edge off
I suffer from anxiety and stress due to hormones and probably my kids. Ha! I only take these when I’m really feeling on edge and I really do feel like it takes the edge off and I start feeling relaxed. As a woman, it’s hard to feel relaxed but this really does help. It’s very subtle, I’ll just start realizing that I feel calmer.

On my second bottle
This product is amazing! I was on medication for years for depression and anxiety. I got to a point where I could come off of the medication, but I still had days where I felt overwhelmed, lost, and on edge. I happened to find this product and decided to give it a try. It works well for me. I tell anyone that I feel will benefit about the Olly line. Thank you!!!

I love this stuff. I don't like taking pills (prescribed) for my anxiety and was trying to find another way to help control it. I take one every night and I swear I get better sleep and wake up with less anxiety. Now, if I'm under extreme stress these aren't obviously going to combat that all the way but I truly think they help with the day to day stressors.

I am actually really surprised with these. I have taken many prescription medications in the past, plenty of SSRIS, and these really work!! It gives me a calming affect and eases my stress and mood. I am a high strung person and I get VERY annoyed and angry super easy and very overwhelmed. These calm me down and make me not care but in a good way!! Highly recommend

I did really like these and did feel like they helped. I read other reviews that said if you have anxiety, these may not be the ones for you, but I never felt anymore anxious with them. They didn’t make me drowsy, which I know is another concern. I’m not sure if it’s more of a placebo effect or they actually work, but I will continue to buy them as they have given me some sense of calm. The packaging isn’t my favorite, I can never get the lid to open the way it works, but I just take the whole top off which isn’t much of a problem. These are small and easy to swallow and have a slight sweet taste to them making them easy to take. For the price, the bottle lasted me quite awhile and I’m happy with it!

Helped me so much
I purchased these after starting graduate school. I am so happy I started using them.. I take the recommended dose daily and as soon as I started taking them I began sleeping through the night without waking up halfway through. I also feel much more balanced instead of having highs and lows. I think this is a great first step if you're stressed out and would like to try OTC supplements before consiering Rx medications.
