I also tried one and the taste is good and they aren't too chalky. The bottle is a decent size and designed cutely as well. Overall, I like this product and would recommend it to others.

It works fast and my kiddos do not wake up groggy or sleepy. You want to make sure they get more 10 hours of sleep so if it’s a school night make them go to bed a bit earlier. I’m not a doctor, that is what works for my kiddos.

My sons like the grape flavor and the fact that these tabs are chewable. It helps the kids to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. They do not wake up groggy the next morning, as they have with other brands.

He was a little not into the flavor but will still take it so it can’t be horrible. All in all does what it’s supposed to and he’s a lot more rested and less grumpy during the day.

We use them sporadically throughout the year, making sure to not become dependent on them. My kid loves the taste. They are pretty effective without extra drowsiness in the morning.
