Lately I have not been able to always eat healthy food, and very often I was tormented by problems - bloating and heaviness in the stomach. There were no unpleasant taste or flavors from the capsule. I have a pretty balance and healthy diet, so maybe that’s why I didn’t notice more change. It was beneficial, but not greatly noticeable.

I took one with meals as directed and was able to have banana bread without diarrhea for the first time in ages. But I also noticed that I had a huge uptick in random bouts of nausea during the day. They went away a day or so after I stopped taking them. Personally, I won’t use these everyday. I told myself I’d use them when I eat problem foods but I haven’t really been doing that either because random sudden nausea is honestly worse.
