Effective

The ingredients are great however I think the size might be a little on the larger size. The smell is strong but once in the mouth they actually taste ok. I love the consistency of them and overall I would recommend.

Great ingredients, not great taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted my kids to love these, I really did. Unfortunately, they were a no go. Both of my kiddos tried the vitamins over several days and didn’t like the taste (we have tried many brands of gummy vitamins!) My 4-year-old said they tasted like blood, so assuming he meant a metallic taste. Also, each gummy looked two-toned and possibly discolored. I love what is in these (rich in all the important vitamins), but it’s tough to get behind it if the taste just wasn’t there! Missed the mark.

I don’t know what is in it, but it makes them stick together in the bottle so it’s kind of difficult to get out and the smell is super strong of vitamins. My kids seem to love them so that’s a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom I love these gummies because it's a brand I trust and besides being a great multivitamin it even includes iron and probiotics. I was shocked to see not all kids multivitamins contain iron! Probiotics are a great addition for my family because of our health issues. The kids said they taste a little different than the gummies they are used to but I'm sure that is because they are not coated in sugar which is also a huge plus! I will definitely continue using these for my kids considering they have everything they need including the iron and probiotics.

I was so excited to receive this brand for many reasons, one major reason, I was looking for my six year old,a good daily vitamin. Me, my son and my fiance all tried it, and my fiance was the only one to like it. It has a very strong smell, like a lot of vitamins do and the taste is very strong as well. The taste is very "earthy", with some citrus mixed in and has a strong after taste. My son made his opinion quickly and said "why does it smell like that, and why does it look like that?".These were unfortunately a no for us.

Not a hit in our house
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The garden of Life kids multivitamin was not a hit in our household. The vitamins are packed with tons of nutrition and probiotics for our busy children however, our six and seven year old could take them. The gummies were hard, they had a smell of licorice, and the kids said they tasted terrible. I also couldn’t get over the smell of them to even try to eat one. We also noticed that all of the gummies were stuck together and we had to pull them apart in order to get them out of the container.

They’re organic, non-GMO, and include a wide range of vitamins (C, D, E, B6, B12, zinc, iron) plus probiotics for digestive health. The orange flavor is decent—one of my kids loves it, the other tolerates it—but I’m more focused on what’s inside: whole food-based nutrients and clinically studied probiotics. No artificial junk, no sugar overload, and they’re vegetarian and allergen-friendly (no soy, gluten, or nuts). Not kid approved!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted my kids to like these multivitamins. I was excited that in addition to the typical multivitamin formula that there is also prebiotics included. From what the packaging says, these seem like a really great multivitamin gummy option for the most part without unnecessary added ingredients and high sugar content like some other brands. Unfortunately the verdict from the kids is that these both taste and smell horrible. My kids tried them once and refused to ever eat them again. I had a feeling that was going to be the case though as soon as I opened and smelled them - they do not smell good and honestly made me gag a bit. I tried them myself as well, and while they don’t taste totally horrible in my opinion, they definitely don’t taste very good and I can totally understand why a kids palette would not enjoy these. I could stomach them if they were an adult formula, but I wouldn’t be excited about eating them. The smell also lingers on your fingers after touching them which is not good. Overall, love the health benefits but that ultimately does not make up for the bad taste and smell!

Overly sweet gummies that my kids won’t finish, an

The biggest issue is the sweetness — they are extremely sweet, to the point where my kids don’t even want to finish taking them because the flavor becomes overwhelming. After about two weeks, the appearance of the gummies also changed and they started looking odd, as if the texture had broken down or dried out in certain areas. Considering the price and the brand’s reputation, I expected a fresher look and a more balanced taste. Unfortunately, the sweetness and the texture issues make them hard for us to use consistently.
