I think I like them
I like the formula of the probiotic, I think it works well. But the mint essence gives me such bad heartburn and it makes me dread taking them. The citrus essence is way easier on my stomach and I would have loved if I was able to change that before finalizing my order.

Saved my life. Literally. I’ve tried everything. Increasing fluids. More water. More exercise. At least 20 or more different brands of probiotics. Nothing worked until I gave ritual probiotics a try. It works!!! Please don’t change it. It works perfectly.

Life Changer
I started taken the Synbiotic + about 3 months ago and it truly has stabilized my gut workings. I can tell when I forget to take it, I now take several of other Rituall products for mood, restful sleep, and daily vitamin. All of these have made a noticeable improvement in areas of my life. I have been amazed how Ritual has put such focus on clean and natural solutions. . . . right down to the freshness tag that is specific to every one of their products. Love these product.

Must have during pregnancy!!
I never had gut or digestion issues before being pregnant. After 3 months of being pregnant I needed to introduce my body to a vitamin to help me. Synbiotic+ has helped me significantly and it has a great taste to it. I would recommend this vitamin to anyone looking to improve their bathroom habits and digestion. Thanks Ritual!! All of your vitamins have made me feel so much better during pregnancy. I will continue to use this postpartum.

Been using this for over 2 months now along with the skin hydration supplement. . . there's been no real significant or noticeable change in how I feel. It was part of a bundle for the prenatal vitaman but I think it was more of an upsell than anything.

Amazing! Less Dr Visits
Little did I know how this would save me Dr visits. . . I originally bought this as a bundle because I believe in being good to your gut. I didn't have any issues such as bloating or constipation, that was all in order. But when I did start feeling some itchiness down there and I was being bad and not taking the Symbiotic+ then, after about 2 days it nearly went away (this was after an antibiotics course for H Pylori, bc it messes you up like that). I had a different antibiotics course and same infection happened but much later, and again a few days of Synbiotic+ rescued me. I'm going to try to be consistent with 3 full months because that is when real magic can happen, so I want to see any additional effects. I still try to pack my diet with plain kefir, fibers, and all that jazz because it counts immensely. Get it if you're hesitating for no reason and be consistent!

Well Worth It
As someone who has IBS symptoms, I started taking this and noticed a massive decrease in my symptoms within a week. This helps keep my baseline in check and I don't go without it. It's well worth it and hands down one of my favorite supplements!
