I’ve used vitafusion women’s gummy vitamins for a while and it seems like the consistency changed. They’re a lot more squishy and they stick to your teeth more than they previously did. They still taste great but the stickiness worries me about cavities.

The Vitafusion Women’s Multivitamin Gummies are tasty,although I prefer the taste of the darker purple gummy. I find that if I like the taste of something I’m much more apt to using it and I’ve used these daily. The vitamins have a good mix of daily recommended vitamins. I have included a picture below. I have a little concern about the 3g of sugar per serving, but I also realize that is what makes them tasty.

I love that this gummy exists as I usually used the chalky vitamins and hated them. This gummy is easy to chew and doesn’t get stuck in your teeth.
