I love the convenience of the gummies because you only need to eat two pieces and chew, which is much easier than swallowing capsule vitamins. In addition to the health aspect, I like how they taste good too. A really easy add on to your day of supplements.

They are super citrus flavored and the texture isn't as chewy as I would like them to be. I did like the fact that the shape of them were a little different than others I've tried.

This particular product is a multivitamin with 14 essential nutrients plus calcium. One bottle contains 90 gummies, and a serving per day is 3 gummies, which means this bottle would last a month. These gummies are ideal for people who have a difficult time swallowing tablets or capsules or dislike powder supplements like me. The gummy consistency is great and doesn't get stuck to your teeth, and the flavor and texture is so much better than other vitamin gummy brands. The strawberry and tangerine flavor is tart but sweet and does not have a bad aftertaste. They get implemented in my daily routine easily and gives me more motivation to take them due to the pleasant taste. Overall, I highly recommend them to people who dislike taking their supplements normally in pill or capsule format.

My favorite thing about them is that they come in gummy form, as I have a hard time swallow pills, so these are so easy to take. Another plus is they have no high-fructose corn syrup, no artificial sweeteners, no dairy, gluten, or synthetic dyes so I feel confident in what I am putting in my body. I overall feel less sluggish since taking them and will continue taking them on a daily basis.

The gummies are the perfect texture not sticky but not rubbery and hard to chew. The taste is a citrus almost tangerine flavor that is pleasing. My routine is taking them right after dinner every evening. The fruit flavor and the texture of the gummy vites are appealing and make it easy and convenient to chew the vitamins. I guess the "Plus" means the included calcium but it only is 10% of your daily value of calcium content. These vitamins are adequate so they're not bad, but as a 60-year-old woman I prefer to have a daily vitamin that would also include iron and more calcium daily value content then what these provide,but it does provide sufficient vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D and B vitamins and Biotin which is good.
