I guess the "Plus" means the included calcium but it only is 10% of your daily value of calcium content. These vitamins are adequate so they're not bad, but as a 60-year-old woman I prefer to have a daily vitamin that would also include iron and more calcium daily value content then what these provide,but it does provide sufficient vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D and B vitamins and Biotin which is good.
