I used to take one everyday and I don’t know if it maked a difference. I took them for 3 months and didn’t really see any changes. Maybe it was working and I didn’t know it

This product is certainly easy to take each and every day. However, it’s an average at best, as it is a little lacking. Fish oil is also not a part of the One A Day regimen, and that’s vital for heart, brain and joint health!

My husband takes these and seems to like them. They didn’t break the bank and so far he’s been feeling more energetic and overall good. There’s a slight taste but nothing horrible. Would recommend if you’re looking for a good multi.

Purchased the big bottle over 50 type. Upon first dose I felt nauseous and stomach didn’t feel well. Have not taken since as to avoid this episode from happening again. Not sure what causes these symptoms but I’ve seen others with the same reviews. The pill is quite large as well and not the easiest to swallow. I will try to find an alternative vitamin that doesn’t cause these symptoms.

The only vitamins I can ensure my husband takes everyday. It gets all of his necessary vitamins and minerals in a small dose as opposed to multiple pills.

Reading and researching further into some of the ingredients it’s sad to see these vitamins I’ve been taking contain some of the most harmful chemicals (Tartrazine for one example). Can never trust One A Day again.

I was disappointed to discover this product contains artificial colors and dyes. This includes aluminum and titanium compounds that are listed in the ingredients. I will never purchase this product again.

These are just what I needed as I don't always eat the vegetables and fruits that I need everyday unfortunately but these do help make up for the vitamins that I don't intake everyday. This is convenient to take when I am not able to. The packaging does feel secure. There isn't a undesirable taste while I drink it with water

I’ve been taking men’s one a day for years. I don’t know for sure if it actually helps. But I don’t have any negative effects from taking them. And I like to believe it fills in any possible gaps in my daily nutrition intake.
