A: This product does not contain iron. Gummy vitamins contain a high level of moisture. If iron is added to a gummy formulation, it will cause oxidation, simply the rusting of iron, causing dark spots to appear. Also, iron has a characteristic metallic taste and aroma which would make a gummy vitamin unpleasant to taste.

I take these daily and it helped out a lot. They taste great. I feel like I have a lot more energy to do stuff compared to how I was a month ago. Only different thing I started doing was taking these vitamins

I used to take these religiously a few years ago but the taste was not so great. Wasn’t terrible but not very pleasant. It did beat taking the pills. The ingredients were great and it was an easier way for me to get the nutrients I wasn’t getting from my diet.
