What I like: It covers 16 healthy-aging benefits in one - heart health (B6, B12, folate), immune (Vitamins D, C, E), brain (B-vitamins + Zinc), energy/metabolism, muscle function, plus bone, eye, skin health. Also non-GMO, gluten-free, no artificial flavors/sweeteners. It's a good, complete multivitamin with all the essential nutrients in one bottle. Only con: it has a pretty strong medicinal smell when you open the bottle, which can be a bit off-putting at first. No taste issue once you swallow it, but the smell is noticeable. Overall effective and convenient if you want a multivitamin for healthy aging support after 35.

The aluminum bottle is a nice touch and feels more durable than your regular plastic bottles. He keeps them with him at work, and they get tossed around from his lunchbox, car, and desk drawers daily. While he didn’t notice a huge boost in focus or energy, the biggest benefit was that they didn’t upset his stomach at all, which is a huge plus. Other vitamins he’s tried have caused heartburn. Overall I think it’s worth giving these a try!

The tablets are a metallic silver which I also thought was kind of different. He loved that they were a smaller size and easy to swallow. No issues as long as you take it with food.
