On the plus side, it's gentle on the stomach, so it doesn't cause any día comfort, and it doesn't have any unpleassant taste, the pills aren't big, so they're easy to swallow. The bottle is small and convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that the daily dose is two tablets instead of one, as with other Centrum lines. But the results make it totally worth it. Brain health, heat health, energy... it's all packed in. The pills aren't large so they're easy to swallow but you do have to take 2 per serving. The recyclable aluminum bottle is a nice touch. I wish the price point was a little lower, but I'll look for a sale.
