No smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ingredients are listed but I did not pay the any mind. It is a brand that I have been using for over 10 years. There is no smell and it seems to be shelf stable. I feel a little energized after I took a dose so the effectiveness seems to work.

It would be great if they were smaller in size but I do appreciate this being formulated over 50. This may be a great option for those who don’t have issues swallowing pills.

Some ingredients are a no for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Multi vitamin to help support your body and mind as we get older. I appreciate that they have clinical studies to show cognitive support. There is a well rounded amount of vitamins and minerals. The pill itself seems a little large, but it is not hard to swallow. It is smooth and goes down easily. I can’t give five stars because they still have fd&c dyes - I try to avoid those as much as possible.

Good vitamins
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins are a good size and easy to swallow, they don’t have a chalky taste and it has really good stuff for people in their 50’s However they didn’t work for me, I was fine for the first few days but by the 4th or 5th day I started getting nauseous, my stomach would get all queasy and it wasn’t good. But if you are in this age group I would say check it out my stomach just didn’t like it

I really like that it pairs Vitamin D + calcium for strong bones, B-vitamins for heart health, zinc for normal brain function, and lutein plus A, C & E for healthy eyes into one daily easy-to-swallow caplet. I don’t always do well with taking supplements or meds in tablet/caplet form, so the smooth coating makes it much easier to do something good for me without any discomfort or anxiety about taking it. Easy open bottle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to believe I’m 50+ but here I am. I had been looking for a more “age appropriate” vitamin and Centrum Silver Adults fit the description. There isn’t anything I don’t like about this vitamin. There is no vitamin smell, the bottle itself was easy to open, something I have been recently having difficulty with due to arthritis. The pill size was good making swallowing them simple. I will definitely be purchasing when this bottle is gone.

Gives you the vitamins that you need. That you might not be getting everyday. It's easy to take. You just take one tablet a day. I like that the tablets are not too big to take. These vitamins support the heart, brain, eyes and whole body health. You get 125 vitamins in this bottle. That is a good deal. Since you only take 1 a day. The bottle is easy to open and close. The vitamins didn't have any after taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Centrum Silver Adults 50+ Multivitamins from influenster for my honest opinion. While I found the vitamins contained daily essential Vitamins and minerals, the vitamins itself was rather large and difficult to swallow at times. No unpleasant taste or after taste was noted. As far as boosting energy levels, I did not notice a change. I did feel that my hair and nails seemed healthier. As far as a daily maintenance supplement, I could consider in the future. The Centrum Silver Adults 50 + is a cost effective alternative, but given the large size of the supplement would not be my primary choice.

No bad coating taste and 1 pill!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this is one pill and not several which many supplements now seem to be. I also appreciated that the coating did not taste bad. A previous brand of women’s one a days I tried had a horrible coating taste and smell that made taking them intolerable. As for the benefits, can’t really tell but I rather take supplements for prevention or supplemental health benefits that medicine in a reactive way.
