While correlation does not prove causation, I fully attribute my lack of side effects to staying hydrated and taking my daily multivitamin.

Love the small tablet

It will probably take some more time and labs to see where I am with some of my intake but feeling wise I feel good. Slightly more energy and not as fatigued as before them. Also I like that the pills are small and it’s 1 tablet a day. I can’t stand a horse tablet just to get what you need in a vitamin.

Pills are supposed to be taken with food which is different than others. Higher levels of Vitamin D, C, B12. Says it helps supplement for low calorie diets.

I feel like I'm getting everything I need with these multivitamins that I may miss because I don't eat as much as your average person and I don't eat the same kinds of foods. It's great that the pills aren't too big, they don't taste bad and the serving size is only 1 pill. So this bottle will last an entire 6 months which is great for my monthly budget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super exciting that they are making vitamins that are specific to those who are specific medication’s and things like that, and I was super excited to see that they said mini pills on the front of the bottle unfortunately, you can see from the picture that these pills are not mini and the smell is very offputting so I would not recommend if the smell of certain things bothers you and you can’t swallow large pills

These mini tabs are gentle on my stomach and feel like solid “nutrition insurance” to insure my body is getting the nutrients it needs.
