Garden of life has a good reputation and I feel that this is no exception. The price point is also better than the daily vitamin I have been taking so this will be in place of my usual vitamins that I take.

They are easy to swallow because of their capsule formula. They have all the necessary required vitamins. I don't notice a huge difference in how I feel, but I wasn't really super deficient in any particular nutrient. If you need a multivitamin, these are worth trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been taking these vitamins since i was able to sample this brand. they come in a pill form and you only take one a day. the flavoring isn’t too bad, but they will stick to your mouth if it is dry and that is when you really taste the pill but nothing too yucky. i do feel good, but i do like the vitamins that i currently buy now but at least know if i ever had to switch over i know what i am getting myself into, but long story short i do feel amazing when taking these vitamins and i always take them w/ a meal just in case i get sick.
