Change takes time

I only gave this product 4 stars because in the 30 days I took them, I didn’t notice a big difference. I’m sure with prolonged use, they would be effective. I like that they are capsules so there isn’t a taste to them.

Worth Trying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Dr. recommended that I start taking a multivitamin, and luckily, I was sent these to test. They are easy to swallow because of their capsule formula. They have all the necessary required vitamins. I don't notice a huge difference in how I feel, but I wasn't really super deficient in any particular nutrient. If you need a multivitamin, these are worth trying.
