The bottle is easy to open and the large opening makes it easy to grab one. The taste is pleasant and enjoyable as well. I wouldn’t necessarily reach for these every single day due to the bathroom element.

The container comes sealed to keep the gummies fresh. This product doesn’t contain GMOS. Taking magnesium at night makes it easier to relax and helps me sleep better. One gummy has 100mg of magnesium. It would take 4 gummies to match the amount in my regular brand. This doesn’t make it a very cost effective product for me. I would recommend adding more magnesium per gummy. I would also suggest making it a little bit softer. I received this product as part of an incentivized offer through Influenster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not really sure if this did anything for me due to me already being on a d3 supplement which already is helping with my sleep, the taste was kind of weird it was a gummy of course but it had a little bit if a gritty texture and it was not as chewy as a actual gummy I was not that big a fan of these ones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Dr. Formulated Magnesium Probiotic Gummies complimentary from Garden of Life & Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I’ve heard positive things about magnesium supplements for stress, digestion, and sleep support, and I was interested in trying them. I also take a daily probiotic, so I liked that these gummies also included pre and probiotics. However, it contains much fewer CFU than my normal probiotic, so I don’t know that it can really be used as a replacement for your usual probiotic (if you take one). If that’s not a major point for you though, it’s a nice little bonus, even if it’s not as much as a typical daily probiotic (half a billion in two gummies, compared to around 5-10 billion). It also says you can take 1-4 gummies daily. 1 a day is 40 days of supplements, but if you’re taking 4 a day, that’s only 10 days which may start to make it a bit pricey to continue taking regularly! They are a really tasty way to get your vitamins though. When you first open the jar, it smells strongly of raspberry fruitiness, and the gummies also taste great! I find that having vitamins that are enjoyable to take makes it easier to form a habit and take them regularly, which is important! I don’t know that I have seen any extreme benefits, but I’ve only been sticking to one a day. It does seem like I’ve been sleeping a little bit more soundly though, and I’ve also seen some improvement with my digestion (unclear whether these are directly due to the gummies, other lifestyle choices, or a combination).
