I think menopause definitely is different for everyone and this has worked for other women I know. I love the small discreet container. I left it on my work desk to remind myself to take daily. I didn’t have any issues with smell or taste. I think if this works for you it is a great value as HRT is expensive. I received this complimentary to try!

I suffered with night sweats and am happy to report that is resolved! My husband even thinks I am less moody! The capsules are a little large but easy to swallow. I have not noticed any after taste. I love the easy of the flip cap on the container too. I highly recommend you give this one a try!!

I was having extreme hot flashes literally every 15-30 minutes. These helped me immensely during the first couple of months. My hot flashes during the day almost disappeared. I would still get mild night sweats (I'm guessing as the effects started to wear off). But the relief was noticeable. Unfortunately, it seems like my body has grown accustomed to it now, as my hot flashes during the day have returned. Not as intense and not as often, but they are definitely creeping back in. I will finish the bottle I have and then decide whether to repurchase.

Vitamins can take months to show any results and I am purchasing again because I am hopeful these will eventually help with signs of menopause.

You only have to take one. They don't have a weird taste or smell and they seemed really effective. Overall, worth checking out if you're going through menopause.

My husband even made a comment on how my mood has changed. The pill goes down quickly and has no taste. The only problem I have is how hard it is to open. I would recommend this product.

Wanted to love it based on its claims for menopausal health but was not wowed by it, did not help with any of my symptoms. Unfortunately I can’t recommend and will not be purchasing in the future.

There isn't much of a taste but something about the scent reminds me of oregano. Which is fine since I like oregano. I'll finish the bottle but I'm not expecting any major change in my opinion in the next week.

Unfortunately, I don’t feel like it helped any of my symptoms and seem to actually make my insomnia and hot flashes worse. I also feel like it’s pretty pricey for. 30 days supply.

The pills are large and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste. I'm still experiencing nightly menopausal symptoms such as night sweats and hot flashes, but not as often.

I'm in perimenopause so I haven't experienced the dreaded hot flashes and night sweats yet but I've been taking this for about 3 weeks and do feel that it helps with stress, fatigue and mental relaxation because I'm usually all over the place. This seems to help me feel more regulated, is the best way to put it. I like that it's an herbal blend and only 1 capsule a day too. We will see how well this works when I reach menopause but so far so good!

The pill is large and tasteless and I tend to take it in the morning after breakfast. It appears to have helped with hot flashes at night. While not completely eradicated, they do seem to have decreased. While I received these to try for free in exchange for my review, I am definitely considering buying another month to see how they continue.
