I absolutely LOVE the energy
I absolutely LOVE the energy focus supplement. I have an aversion to caffeine but this has not impacted me negatively. I didn’t feel any heart flutters or any sluggishness. I didn’t take the instructions too seriously that I take this within 2 hrs of waking. I should have listened. It seems to perform optimally when take shortly after waking. The energy is a slow burn that lasts all day!!

I have just started taking
I have just started taking this product and so far it's not working, I do notice a slight change in my energy but not a lot or long lasting. I plan on keep taking it for three or four months to give it a chance, cause I know it takes time for the body to respond to new vitamins or nutrients supplements.

I could never get going
I could never get going in the morning until this stuff came into my life. Holy cow! I don’t drink coffee and I used to drink energy drinks to keep me going. I gave them up and was needing something. This is a game changer and keeps me going all day. I used to procrastinate and now I don’t.

Helps Me Focus!
I’ve taken the Seed Synbiotic for two years for my IBS, and recently started the Multivitamin and AM-02. The Multivitamin smells/tastes terrible, so I’m happy that the AM-02 has no taste/smell. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel after taking this and was skeptical, but I can really tell a difference. It doesn’t necessarily wake you up or energize you like caffeine does, but it definitely feels like I’m more focused and have a bit more energy in the morning. I can also tell that it doesn’t wear off quickly and does seem to last the full six hours that they claim it does. I love Seed as a brand, so I’ll definitely continue to take this!
