Did you know you needed a pre with the pro?
My stomach problems are gone! I feel better than I have in a long time because I am taking the prebiotic along with the probiotic daily. I used to take it on its own, but it didn't do much for me. I am very happy with this product.

For decades, I have taken a probiotic. This is the first time I have heard of a PREbiotic. This brand is a great addition to my regimen. It's helpful when on an antibiotic or traveling and not eating as well as I should.

I didn't know if it would work or not, but I noticed a difference in my digestion on the days I took it. I don't feel pain in my stomach from eating or burping after eating. It makes me regular. I take 2 once a day
