A: I’ve noticed the medium roast tastes more bitter coffee (strong/dark brew) flavored and has much more of an anti-constipation effect than the mild dose. I had to switch to half as much as the standard dose & will be switching back to the “mild roast.” It’s something to keep an eye on since each body is different & I wouldn’t want someone to get the strong brew not knowing 😅

They may both have 14 servings in them, but the serving size is different, i.e. 9 grams is medium roast serving size and 7.3 grams is mild roast serving size. I'm not sure why both say 1tbsp though. Maybe just as an approximate amount for people who don't want to weigh it so they can just scoop about that much into their cup?
