Q: How do you prepare this? Can I put it in a reusable cup and make it with my keurig?
A: I make mine with my Keurig. I just put the powder straight in the cup and allow plain hot water from the Keurig to pour over. I then mix with a small frother. I use the 8 oz. water size and the flavor is perfect.
submitted bytargetrungirl - 1 month agoA: You can drink it with cold water or milk, or you can make it with hot water or milk as long as the temperature of the liquid is under 170° f. Add your favorite creamer & sweetener and you're all set.
submitted byLadyOzzy - 3 months agoA: Just mix it with water. No need for the keurig.
submitted byTracy - 3 months agoA: I add a scoop to 4 ounces water then add creamer and ice. If you need flavor add flavored creamer

Q: Which is better for you the mild or the medium?
A: Hello! They are both equal when it comes to the functional benefits as both roasts have the same functional ingredients. The Medium Roast has a higher coffee content which means higher caffeine and bolder taste.
submitted byDose Team - 2 months agoBrand expertA: I’ve noticed the medium roast tastes more bitter coffee (strong/dark brew) flavored and has much more of an anti-constipation effect than the mild dose. I had to switch to half as much as the standard dose & will be switching back to the “mild roast.” It’s something to keep an eye on since each body is different & I wouldn’t want someone to get the strong brew not knowing 😅
submitted byJack - 16 days agoA: I prefer the mild because in my opinion the medium has a strong instant coffee taste which I dont like

Q: Is it the same as on their website? I think it tastes less sweet and more coffee like.
A: Yes! It is the exactly same formula in a 14 serving bag.
submitted byHannyRach - 3 months agoA: I noticed my direct deliveries are the Mold Roast. The Medium Roast is probably more bitter.
submitted byInstacart Shopper - 1 month agoA: Exact same but the ones at stores are only 14 servings as opposed to the website giving you a discount when you subscribe and save and free shipping but I grab these at target so I never run out. It's helped my joint pain and bloating and weight loss so I don't dare run out

Q: Can you make in a Keurig and why do you have to froth it?
A: It’s like adding an instant coffee powder like a vanilla cappuccino powder or hot chocolate to water or a milk and stirring, so using a Keurig is overkill and you might lose some of the mix in the process. The frothing wand the sample kit does a better job than putting it in a shaker or using a whisk or fork. You can get the same kind of frother in the Target Bullseye section right now for $5 so I’d recommend that.

Q: Why does the medium roast have a tablespoon measurement of 9 grams but the mild roast has a tablespoon measurement of 7.3 grams??? There are 14 servings in both packages. Aren't all tablespoons the same size?
A: There are only 3.6oz of product in the mild roast bag, the medium roast has 4.4oz of product. They may both have 14 servings in them, but the serving size is different, i.e. 9 grams is medium roast serving size and 7.3 grams is mild roast serving size. I'm not sure why both say 1tbsp though. Maybe just as an approximate amount for people who don't want to weigh it so they can just scoop about that much into their cup?

Q: Is this ok for people with gastritis?
A: I’ve noticed the mild roast helps with flow but the medium makes my digestive system upset. It might be because the product works better with plant-based or lactose-free milks, but I’d consult a doctor or dietician on specific ingredients vs what causes your flare ups before trying it.
