A: You can drink it with cold water or milk, or you can make it with hot water or milk as long as the temperature of the liquid is under 170° f. Add your favorite creamer & sweetener and you're all set.

A: I’ve noticed the medium roast tastes more bitter coffee (strong/dark brew) flavored and has much more of an anti-constipation effect than the mild dose. I had to switch to half as much as the standard dose & will be switching back to the “mild roast.” It’s something to keep an eye on since each body is different & I wouldn’t want someone to get the strong brew not knowing 😅

The frothing wand the sample kit does a better job than putting it in a shaker or using a whisk or fork. You can get the same kind of frother in the Target Bullseye section right now for $5 so I’d recommend that.

A: The ideal water temperature for preparing Everyday Dose is between 160–175°F (70–80°C) — hot but not boiling. Boiling water can damage some of the beneficial compounds in the functional mushrooms and other ingredients. So for your microwave-heated mug, just make sure it's hot but not at a full boil, and you're good to go!
