A: You can drink it with cold water or milk, or you can make it with hot water or milk as long as the temperature of the liquid is under 170° f. Add your favorite creamer & sweetener and you're all set.

Very pleasantly surprised that I like this coffee. I don't care for black coffee so I usually have to load my coffee with creamer or milk/honey. While I haven't tried this black, it has natural flavoring so I don't require near as much flavor as I did in the past. I purchased this mainly to see if it was better for gut health versus my regular stuff. Pricey, so I would only purchase if it was on sale, etc.

Boost of energy
I run in 6 hrs of sleep daily and I feel mentally exhausted and just beat on my days off. I gave this coffee a try in hopes it would work better than just a regular cup of coffee. I would like to mention that I can drink a cup of espresso and still take a nap. The first cup of coffee made me feel a bit anxious with a burst of energy I didn’t quite understand. After my second cup I felt a bit anxious again but tried not to overthink it and started to work out or just clean around the house. Lost story short… I haven’t felt this energetic and mentally motivated to finish my chores and tasks in quite a bit. I am in love! I highly recommend.

The only coffee that doesn't hurt my stomach. It tastes so incredibly good. I mix 8oz hot water, 2oz half n half then my creamer. It's the best! I no longer have stomach issues either. I used to have the worst stomach issues after I ate. No more!

Anxious, no good
I just want to share this: it could cause you to feel anxious. It gave me a warmth feeling in my nose, mouth and throat, a little difficult to expand the lungs but still could breath. Also, my mouth got insanely dry. I had to go outside for a walk to calm down and drink 32 oz of cold water to help assuage the effects. It was a scary time, thank God it lasted 2 hrs until that effect went away! FYI: I drink coffee, I’ve taken lion’s mane and have never had a reaction. This was so weird!

Stronger Roast
Target offers Medium Roast while I am used to Mild Roast that I usually order from the website. I was not aware there are different strengths of it. Mild is my go to.
