As for frequency, yes you can have it more than once a day, just keep your overall caffeine intake in mind. Each serving has 40mg of caffeine, so if you're sensitive to caffeine or having it multiple times a day, it's worth being mindful of your total consumption

    The Best Stuff!!

    I’ve been using the matcha now for a little over a month and I can tell you that I absolutely see and feel a difference!! I used to be an avid coffee drinker and I ended up quitting cold turkey and trying Matcha and it’s been life-changing for me!! I love this stuff!!

    It's brown

    The matcha flavor is very weak. As someone who has lived in Japan and loves matcha / tea ceremonies, I got my hopes up when the package said ceremonial grade. There’s no way! The matcha is brown, and it doesn’t froth like ceremonial grade at all. It would be more accurate to call this green tea (light flavored) rather than matcha, even if it’s using a lower grade tea leaf powder. TLDR: Drink it for the functional benefits, but don’t call it matcha.

    Got Me Through Finals Week!!!

    This really helped me sit and focus fora week during finals week. I switched from Nescafé and noticed a huge difference in not experiencing a caffeine crash and it also tastes really good! Yes it’s pricey but for a person with ADHD like me it’s definitely worth it to be able to function semi normally for once. I also love that it doesn’t have sugar so I can add my own in and control that (I use organic stevia but I know most people prefer monkfruit but I can’t digest that well). The collagen also seems healthy to me idk my skin looks great tho
