As for frequency, yes you can have it more than once a day, just keep your overall caffeine intake in mind. Not worth the buy

I'm not going to lie. I will not be purchasing again. I would say it's not bitter, which is good. And I really wanted to like it because of all the added benefits to this brand. But it's brown. And absolutely horrible to look at when I make my matcha in the morning. I use the right temperature of water and whisk it good. Doesn't matter how I have made my matcha with this brand it's just awful. And the flavor overall just wouldn't be my first pick. I'm trying to finish the bag. Seems like it would've been a good idea. However, not worth the purchase please pick any other matcha out there. Maybe the coffee of this brand is better!

Love it, especially iced!

Excellent, clump-free matcha that also still has the lovely matcha-green color even with the other ingredients. This frother is amazing compared to one a competitor gave me; this one really means business with its heavy vibration and thin metal coils! Super important with matcha. Unlike their competitor, no unreasonable sediments building up, even with their coffee! I'm sticking with Everyday Dose+ for this matcha and coffee instead of their competitor.

The Best Stuff!!

I’ve been using the matcha now for a little over a month and I can tell you that I absolutely see and feel a difference!! I used to be an avid coffee drinker and I ended up quitting cold turkey and trying Matcha and it’s been life-changing for me!! I love this stuff!!
