  • A: Hello, Yes, this type of Matcha can be used for hot teas. Although this type of Matcha tea powder is not exactly the premium kind generally used for pure tea drinks, it still can be used as such. The difference for this will be a more robust (stronger) Matcha flavor, and less sweet. If you going to drink from this type of Matcha tea powder, it is best to add a sweetener (honey, agave...). Use about 2 teaspoons per 8 oz cup of hot water...

    Great for matcha lattes

    This is perfect for making lattes. Mixes well, and tastes great. I have both culinary and ceremonial grade matcha, and to be honest, after I add milk and sweetener, I can’t tell the difference between the two grades, so don’t waste your money on ceremonial grade matcha if you’re only going to use it to make lattes.
