The combination of smooth Japanese matcha with the bright, tangy lemon flavor is absolutely perfect light, energizing, and not overly sweet. What I really love is how easy it is to make just mix with water and you get a café-style drink in seconds. It’s the perfect afternoon pick-me-up, giving me clean energy without the crash I usually get from coffee. I’ve enjoyed it over ice for a refreshing summer drink and even mixed it with sparkling water for a fun twist. The quality of the matcha really stands out it tastes fresh and authentic, and knowing it’s made with real lemon juice powder makes it even better. This is very easy to make at home. I added one spoonful into cold water & stirred it until it mixed. It has a light lemon taste & slightly sweet. I prefer my lemonade a little sweeter though. I also thought this would be better in individual packets instead of one big pack.

Taste is very light and fresh so if you’re looking for a richer taste I recommend maybe doubling the recommended scoop amount. I do wish the ingredients didn’t have preservatives but makes sense! Overall it makes a quick easy matcha lemonade that isn’t overly sweet!

The powder smells earthy, but mixes into a sweet tasty drink. I wish the powder dissolved a bit more easily, but it is good.
