Great question, there's so many ways to prepare and enjoy it, but a fan favorite is iced. -1 tbsp/6g MUD\WTR Original blend -1/2 cup hot water (hot water helps the blend mix better) - this step is optional, but very much loved by many/: 1 tbsp/20g maple syrup -1/2 cup of milk of your choice Mix it all together and pour over ice and enjoy!     The original flavor tastes exactly how I imagined mud would taste 🥴😆. Not necessarily a bad thing—just my personal opinion. If you’re expecting a sweet coffee replacement, this might catch you off guard at first. That said, I still enjoy drinking it because of all the beneficial ingredients packed into it. The health benefits are what keep me coming back. Plus, there are several flavors to choose from if the original isn’t your favorite.

    Didn’t feel much

    Didn’t feel much from this product, so I didn’t go beyond the one month trial. I’ll stick with my own matcha and cacao powder and maybe supplement with shroom capsules.

    Not good

    I'm not sure why this has such good reviews. I've tried several other mushroom coffees so I'm used to drinking it. The taste of this one is not good and it's gritty.

    I really like the original flavor. I have it in the morning instead of coffee. I have not had coffee for months and don't miss it. Haven't tried the other flavors yet but I'll get there.

    I love the original product and decided to give the Matcha a whirl. I was not a fan of it - it might be great for others but it was not something I would drink. I will be sticking with the original.

    I have tried almost all of the various mushroom coffees. I have to say that I don't feel mudwater is any better than the other ones. The taste is just not good. I probably won't buy it again.

    I have tried the initial supply, but have not noticed any difference. I'm a bit disappointed. I'm not a coffee drinker, but have had a cup of this every morning with some homemade nut milk. The taste is OK, but I didn't really enjoy it. Very neutral.

    Glad I made the switch!!

    The product is 5 stars! I love it! I can tell my cortisol levels are improving. I’m enjoying my energy without loads of caffeine, I’m so much more productive! (The only thing I would improve is to have a screw on lid.)
