I am so happy that I ordered the MUD/Wtr special. I didn’t know if I would like it, because I’ve been drinking my coffee black for 50 years. I ordered it, because I wanted an alternative that is good for me, tastes good, and reduces the amount of caffeine I ingest. The good news is I LOVE the taste. I love frothing the cream that I add, too. I also add about a tsp of pure clover honey. I don’t feel like I’m having mushroom coffee (the creators of MUD/Wtr say that it’s NOT mushroom coffee, over and over 🙂) I feel like I’m drinking something really earthy that’s good for me and it tastes wonderful. No, I’m not a paid spokesperson :)

I have added the cacao mud wtr to my morning Nespresso coffee for over 3 years now! This was my first “baby step towards decreasing pain and inflammation. It is amazing for inflammation, focus and energy. Love the coconut creamer as well! Next step is to replace my glass of evening Merlot with rest mud wtr. 😊

I first bought this in 2021 because I was traveling for work and I don't like coffee much. Initially I did not like it because I thought it was going to taste like an earthy chocolate milk. It was bitter. But then since I spent so much money on it I decided that I have to drink it. I bought the creamer from them and did not like that either. THEN the game changer.... I added 1 heaping scoop of Chocolate Collagen to a scoop of MudWTR in 16 oz hot water and gave it a good shake. (make sure you put it in a container that you can shake easily because you have to shake it before most every sip.) I liked it. I work long hours at the hospital and would take it to work and drink it in the afternoon when I needed a pick-me-up. It gave me steady energy and quenched the four O'clock sweet tooth. Now I have to have it and am bummed if I forget to take it to work with me. I am starting to crave it on my days off too. Now I am putting 1 1/2 scoops of my favorite chocolate collagen in it and it helps me to resist snacking. I have no problem going to sleep at night when drinking this after 4 or 5 pm. This one lasted me a long time because I was initially inconsistent with using it. I am going to order some more right now.

It’s good. Not sure about the mushroom benefits (or not) but tasty. I maker mine with chocolate almond milk and water, or chocolate almond milk and decaf coffee. So yeah definitely coloring outside the lines there. It really does mess some sweetness and preferably also some fat to bring the flavor to life. For me it ends up being a nice treat and another option for the ritual of drinking tea in the evening. Wish I could shout from the rooftops about shifts in energy and focus, but no change noted there.

I really love the flavor of the original blend. I can't tell a big difference in energy level, but it's tasty, and I'm sure it's healthy. The only thing I don't like is that even with the frother it is still very gritty at the bottom.
