I love how easy it is to make each morning (hot or iced). You can adjust how sweet it is by just adjusting how much liquid you add in. The one star review is ridiculous, there are no bots here. I hope Target will carry their ginger insta chai mix cause that one is my all time favorite for fall/winter. If you are on the fence on trying this product, please don’t hesitate!

The other review was definitely crashing out- no bots here. I’ve been buying chai diaries since they launched at Whole Foods- compared to the other Chai concentrates this one has the least amount of sugar but tastes the best. It also gives that creamy chai texture to oat milk. I do a dirty chai each morning (+2 heaps, 1/2 cup coffee, 1/2 warm oat milk). It’s been keeping me away from Starbucks chai ever since - and is so much healthier.

Prop65 warning for a tea?? Alarm bells ringing! Very disappointed with the amount of added sugar, making it a VERY unhealthy option. If you want sugar jitters it's perfect for you, if not there are so many better priced and much healthier options! (The other reviews sound like bots or fake reviews - beware!) Waste of money, will never purchase again nor recommend to anyone!

Chai Diaries Masala Chai is amazing and brilliant!! It has the authentic chai taste which me and family absolutely love and it's so easy and mess free to make .. the taste is so good can have 10 cups a day . Will be going back tomorrow to stock up .
