    What happened to your Earl Grey tea?

    I have been enjoying a cup of Tazo Earl Grey tea every morning for years-it’s my favorite tea! I opened a brand new box this morning, sat down to take my first sip and something didn’t taste right. I looked at the box to make sure I had the correct tea, then looked at the tea bag. It had an orange tag instead of purple. Did you change the formula for the original earl grey tea? If so, I will have to find another brand. Please return to the original flavors!!!

    Tazo is the best!

    Tazo Wild Sweet Orange and Passion, both decaffeinated, are my very favorites, and I've been drinking them for years! Wild Sweet Orange is delicious hot, and I like Passion either hot or cold. In the summer I put two teabags directly in a large thermos filled with water, alot of ice, and a little stevia. It's the very best thirst quencher, so simple to prepare, and zero calories!

    Inconsistent bergamot levels. The most recent box I purchased may as well be plain black tea. The bergamot is barely noticeable. The previous box had an unusually high amount of bergamot, which I liked but some wouldn’t. Do better with QC.

    My first time trying this brand of hibiscus tea. As a lover of the Starbucks Passion tango tea with lemonade, i was super excited. I was not let down. The flavor of this tea is SO bright and rich! I didn’t need any sugar or honey, not even lemonade. You can really taste the orange peel too. Incredibly done.

    Threw the box away

    Smells like a glazed lemon loaf but the taste is off.. very artificial tasting with a strange aftertaste. I tried with cream & sweetener as well as just sweetener & nothing made it better.
