Tazo you're cheap!!
I've purchased this many times as it's the same one starbucks uses. They shrunk the bag and it's shipped from an entirely different place. I had one from my previous box and when I opened the new box I immediately noticed the packaging is more shiny and the tea bag is much smaller. you can't be that dang cheap with a tea bag. so ridiculous.....

Either a Packaging Error or a Failed New Formula
This used to be my go-to brand, but I'll be looking elsewhere until they go back to the previous formula. It now has zero bergamot flavor. As far as I can tell, this is Awake English Breakfast packaged in the wrong box. It even has an orange tag instead of the Earl Grey purple tag. If this isn't a packaging error, and this is actually the intended new formula, this company needs to rethink whether they should be selling tea.

I recently tried the tea and i really enjoyed it. The peach flavour was very mild and refreshing not too sweet or artificial. The tea has a very smooth green tea base and that is not bitter if you brew it properly. I like the taste both hot and iced especially iced cold drinks during busy days is so refreshing. The aroma is pleasant and fruity, which makes it relaxing to drink. The only downside is that peach flavour is bit mild means if you like the strong fruit flavours it may taste subtle to you. Overall, it’s refreshing and good quality tea that i will buy again.

the tea bags tear when you open individual package so then you can't use them, also they haven't been putting the number of tea bags in the box that it says on the outside of the box...shame on you Tazo, just to make more money you're actually stealing one or two tea bags from your customers...this makes me really sad because the flavour is so yummy

Terrible manufacturing
All packets ruined. I opened this box today that I bought a few months ago. Every sachet was sticky. There was no obvious moisture on the box or outside of the packets. I had to toss out the entire box.
