Q: How many tea bags would it take to make 1 gallon of tea?

A: Depends on how strong you like your tea. If you are going for iced tea you need to brew a stronger tea. You could always brew 1 tea bag per cup. So a gallon would be 16 bags, at this strength you could add ice and not lose flavor. To save money, I would brew 8-12 bags, depending on the strength you desire steep for a little longer. My basic formulas that I use to save tea are: #cups÷2=#bags for hot tea (#cups÷2)+(#cups÷4)=#bags for cold tea Sorry if this is confusing

I havr purchased green tea bags from many supermarkets, including Asian owned. These Lipton tea bags are nice. They come in two (2) rows of twenty (20), each row sealednin aluminum foil. Nice and fresh. Tea tastes very good. Never bidder or harsh. I will be buying these in the future. Highly Recommended

Perfect for those chilly nights!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge tea drinker literally daily, so when I received this drop I was so excited to try my favorite brand flavored teas! I was not disappointed, the flavor of this tea is yummy and not overly pungent with ginger, the lemon adds that perfect tart and balances well with the ginger. The aroma when I made this tea was delightful, you can really smell the two flavors and it creates a perfect melody together! I definitely see myself using this product a lot during the winter time and cold/flu season. Will be purchasing more!!

The flavor is decent, albeit pretty bland, though for tea that’s not really unusual. The ginger and lemon flavors are identifiable. Using 2 tea bags or using a sweetener of some sort would likely give it a little more potent flavor if that’s what you’re looking for. It is definitely better than a lot of store bought tea bags

Brewing Recipe.
I heat a 2-cup measuring cup of water in the microwave for 4 minutes. I then add 1 Family-Size or 3 individual size tea bags...brew an hour. Pour into a quart pitcher, add water to fill, add 3 packets of Great Value Aspartame (Equal Sweetener). Chill and enjoy. Karol

My favorite way to drink it is to toss a bag into my tumbler of ice water and let it infuse to add a nice refreshing flavor. So easy. I keep a few of the packets in my purse at all times, it’s easy to take them with me and add flavor to my water on the go. For traditional hot or iced tea, I like to add a little honey but it’s also great on its own.

Soothing & refreshing tea
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lipton lemon ginger refresh tea is exactly as described. The lemon and ginger taste subtle and the smell lingers in a good way that one doesn’t overpower the other. Both lemon and ginger have many benefits separately, but when combined they work even better. It’s quick and easy to use, all I need to do is boil some water, add the tea bag, wait a few minutes for it to steep, then it’s ready to drink. Packaging is convenient for storage in the pantry or cabinet. I got sick shortly after receiving this and it was a life saver for me. I had a sore throat and was coughing, but making this tea and adding some honey did wonders. I also add honey for some sweetness. I recommend trying this to soothe your throat when you have a sore throat. This is a new household staple!
