Good quality matcha. I’ve prepared it hot and cold and also mixed with my protein shakes and its great. I wish it came in a bulk package so that I don’t have a buildup of these small tins from re-ordering

There is no where on package that says you must heat milk to help dry powder to dissolve but it clumps up in cold milk even after shaking or stirring?? heating up helps somewhat. Also packet is half empty not much in each serving.

My new favorite morning hot beverage!
I'm new to matcha, and I really like it! I'm still experimenting, but currently I'm preparing it with plant milk and a touch of raw sugar or honey, initially blending everything with a wire whip and finishing with a frother. It's not only tasty, but very pretty too!
