Taste isn't bad but didn't help like my out of stock magnesium.
I read a few reviews noting how bad the taste was. I didn't think it was bad at all. It was somewhat calming like other reviews noted but not as much as I was hoping for. I was taking a different magnesium prior to this one but it was out of stock which is why I purchased this one. I wasn't as impressed and I probably wouldn't purchase this one again, however this one didn't have the same types of magnesium in it.
