    Do yourself a Favor by taking these.

    These pills are amazing! If you don't think so start taking them and stop. That is the mistake we made, and won't do that again.

    Too hard to swallow.

    Too hard to swallow. These are large pills. I would like a slippery coating to help it slide down my throat. Otherwise I do like the idea of adding a bit more magnesium to my diet.

    Works great

I’ve also noticed that it helps me lose some weight. I’ve been trying to get rid of some stubborn fat and this has helped a lot. I have noticed less cramping and feel more regaled.     Helps with falling and staying asleep

    Improved sleep quality

    Easy to take tablets

The vitamin lasts all day, so there is no forgetting to take it multiple times a day. They are easy to swallow as well and you can tell they work.
