The last brand I tried, the pills were difficult to swallow as they were very large. These are way easier to take. Really good quality stuff here! Highly recommend!

See photo for comparison to another brand. It’s actually smaller but the capsules are so much easier to swallow. I like the glass bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken New Chapter vitamins in the past, including magnesium + ashwagandha and have felt that New Chapter vitamins are effective and I don’t have any reactions/side effects. I realize the importance of taking Magnesium as a female for not only its long term benefits but also short term. I do feel that it helps me sleep better (of course I also have to do my part of engaging in a sleep routine/ try to go to bed at around the same time every night etc. ) where I am not waking up throughout the night. I haven’t seen the effect of the selenium or zinc yet. The vitamins are quite big which can be difficult to swallow but they don’t have a taste which makes it easier to take.

I really couldn't tell that the vitamin had a taste, I guess I'm used to taking vitamins. I had to stop taking the vitamin at the 2 week mark because the product had too much selenium in it for my body. So make sure you talk to your doctor before taking this product. The price is a great price for a month supply compared to other products that have D3, magnesium, and selenium in it. All in all, I would recommend to family and friends so long as they got the clearance from their doctor beforehand.
