Same as whole with less fat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up drinking whole milk and never bothered to try others because I assumed they would taste different, but I was wrong. To me, the taste of 2% was no different than whole milk. Although I do think it feels less “thick” or a bit watered down, you really can’t tell the difference when it’s cold. I definitely prefer 2% now knowing I’m lowering my fat intake.

Fresh tasting

It smells great, familiar and always give it a shake before pouring in case there is separations. I love pairing it with cookies, and it never disappoints. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smell was really good, there wasnt the traditional fatty smell to it. It poured pretty smooth too. The taste was actually better than traditional milk. I usually go for regular percentage of milk but this was better. I think the shelf-life depends on how and when you are going to use it. I used it a little too late but taste wise it still last a good while. Smell was okay so I recommend drinking it fast.

Delicious and smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This milk was received as an incentive for my honest review. Alta Dena milk is delicious. I’ve grown up with it and it’s one of my top favorites. I have enjoyed it plain, adding chocolate or strawberry drink mix, and even have incorporated it in my baking. There are some brands that taste wonky but I’ve never had a problem with Alta Dena. I love the 2% and the whole milk.

Not watery and creamy enough for reduced fat milk

With this milk, I’ve noticed it sometimes upsets my stomach. I’m not sure what the cause is. It feels like something might be added, so it may not be 100% pure milk. That said, the taste is still good, and I like that it has about 10 g of protein per serving and is fortified with vitamins A and D. My only other wish is that the packaging was more eco-friendly. Overall, it’s a tasty and nutritious option.
