I used a bit of the milk for the mashed potatoes used to make homemade gnocchi as well as added it to my tomato sauce in order to add a touch of creaminess. It really elevated my dish!

Cost for the gallon is pretty good but my only problem is storage. I’ll probably stick to half gallon next time. Comes with vitamin D for bone health. Personally i think it’s great as long as you’re not allergic or lactose intolerant/sensitive.

They’re always consistent with the quality of milk, and I find that the taste of their products tend to always outperform most other brands (and trust me, I’ve tried them all in my many years of life). You can never beat the overall freshness that they offer. Alta Dena’s milk can be described simply with one word: solid.

I like to bake and cook so I find the gallon size a great value. It does expire fast so you have to pay attention to the printed date. I would definitely buy this again. It's a great tasting milk.

Every morning I usually drink a glass to recharge my body, the milk has a light fatty taste and also has vitamin D which is very good for the body.
