I can’t live without peppermint Altoids
I buy Altoids at least once a week. Sometimes I have to buy them twice a week. I eat maybe 20 of them a day typically. Some of my friends think I have a problem, but I do not. It is simply an unending love for these delightful morsels of minty sugar. Also, classic peppermint is the best.

I still like Altoids but I think that they have become stronger than the first boxes that I bought. I like very much that they are not dyed! I also like very much that one of the ingredients is Oil of Peppermint! Oil of peppermint used to be listed as the second ingredient. Now it is listed third as part of "natural flavors". I wonder if the formula has changed over the years.
