[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo has a nice light scent to it that I appreciated! It lathered well and was easy to rinse out. I didn’t really notice extra volume though after using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Products smell amazing. I’m not a huge fan of the shampoo and conditioner bottle design. Seems like it would be hard to get product at the bottom. Not sure if it volumizes but I’d use it for a regular wash day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. This was my first time trying it, I have thin fine hair, and this product worked so well at adding volume. It smells amazing. I will definitely be purchasing this after I'm am done with my free products.

He has fine hair and is very picky about his shampoo particularly because his job makes his hair greasy at times. Safe to say this shampoo passed the test when it comes to cleansing hair. He loves how he doesn’t have to shampoo his hair twice to get it clean despite it being gentle. He’s impressed and that’s saying something.

It lathers fairly well but left my hair feeling like I needed to wash it again. It leaves a sweet floral smell. It unfortunately did not hold or add volume to my hair, which is what I wanted from a volumizing shampoo. I would not purchase again.

The product has lasted me a couple months also, which is great. Doesn’t make my hair greasy. Will continue buying ALL Amika products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had fine hair and have looked for ways to add volume to it. I was excited to try Amika Big Hit Volumizing Shampoo. I was not impressed. The shampoo added no volume to my hair and, worse yet, left it feeling like there was a film on my hair that weighed it down. Even after using a volumizing dryer brush, my hair looked dirty and felt even worse. The only positive was that the smell was nice. I have had much better luck with less expensive shampoos.

While I enjoy the smell of the shampoo, I didn’t find that it volumized my hair as much as I would have liked. I also felt like it deposited residue on my hair that left it looking flat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells amazing! I have very fine and thin hair. This give me nice volume for my thin hair. I’m very realistic with not having huge volume when I just don’t have the hair. It just allows my hair to not fall flat and stays full. I have color treated hair and doesn’t make the color fade out. I get just a nice bump at the roots that I need. I don’t like that I can’t control the amount the comes out because it’s a squeeze bottle and the shampoo formula is thick. Since you get very little shampoo for a larger price, I don’t like to waste product, and feel like I often waste product.
