Dissatisfied

I was told repeatedly that the rug was 8 1/2 by 11 1/2 but the mat was 9 by 12. I spent hours cutting the mat down to fit the carpet before I learned that the rug was actually 9 by 12. I would expect you to know the size of your rug! Jeffrey Weinberg
