  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. While we do not recommend machine washing this rug, it is easy to clean. Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth or sponge. Apply a carpet stain remover according to that cleaner’s instructions. Professional rug cleaning is also recommended as needed.

    The quality of this rug is pretty bag. It is not as plush as the picture or description suggests, and one half is more faded than the other. Since I got it on sale, I don't think I'll bother returning it. But overall I don't think I can recommend buying this rug for a main living space at full price.

It looks decent in my space, but it is cut a little unevenly, which meant positioning it so that that is less visible. It is not as plush and well made as other rugs I have had in the past. It’s rather thin and needs a rug pad under it. If I had seen it beforehand, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it and would have gone for better quality, but as it was shipped, I’m not going to bother to return it.

    Disappointed

    Is odor from rug or pad??? Color exactly as expected but edges will not relax after 2 weeks of setting down. Have to be careful not to trip when stepping into rug as edges are still turned up.

    Terrible quality

    I thought I was getting the same version of a rug we already own like this but bigger, but wow was the quality terrible. Really sparsely weaved and rough fibers. Already looks old and worn and just incredibly cheap. I'm so disappointed 😔
