Pretty but it stink

Frustrated Customer
Rug showed up folded in a box. It now has a permanent crease in the middle of the rug. I have ordered rugs numerous times online and they are always shipped rolled up in plastic. Seriously TARGET..my online shipping service with this order was a horrible experience! I will be skeptical of ordering online from TARGET!! Frustrating customer service.

Very poor service // delivery ..
This rug was ordered almost 3 weeks ago from Target , on the day it was to be delivered , I wasn’t able to get my delivery due to a semi - truck was delivering it , it wasn’t able to deliver due to size of semi , also , the driver let me know it was damaged and the packaging was damaged as well … VERY disappointing… Target offered to cancel my order and issue a refund as soon as they had received the rug back .. which would have been nonsense , since they still had the rug ! I never got possession of the rug … they did apologize and offered to give me a $15 gift card for all of my trouble that I had to wait on the rug that sat in a warehouse for over a week here before they picked it up in a semi and the rug was damaged while it was sitting in their warehouse waiting on someone to pick it up so beware of target’s deliveries they’re not what they used to be

I had previously bought this exact rug 2-3 times over the years for a hall way. This time the rug was noticeably thinner and the rubber backing was noticeably thinner and cheaper. The quality of this rug is nothing like it use to be!
