Q: Hi! I have the runner and there is blue in it. Does the smaller rug have the same, because the pictures make the others look like they don't match the runner.

  • A: I just got my 7x10 pand I was shocked at the light blue all over it as well! I got it on sale, so I’m going to keep it for now, but the photo is not at all accurate. I would have ordered a true neutral one like I thought I was getting.

Q: How can I throughly wash the 7 x 10? I don’t think it will fit in my washer but I want to give it a good clean and bring it back to life and color.

  • A: I just washed mine (7 by 10) this weekend for the first time in three years and it worked well! I would not use a standard size washing machine. I took it to a laundromat and used the jumbo industrial size washing machine on cold. I put a few pillows in to counterbalance it. I then put it in the larger size dryer in the laundromat with the pillows and it dried completely on low in about 75 minutes. The nonslip backing did shed significantly in little tiny balls, in both the washer and dryer, but I just vacuumed it really well when I got home and used a lint roller on the pillows. It now feels so soft and clean! All dirt and grime came off easily! Wish I would have done it earlier! Affordable cleaning, yay!

Q: Is it common for the 5 x 7 rug size to buckle in places? We have a few areas and they are at the end of the rug primarily but I am concerned the buckle with enlarge with time. Should I order another?

    Colors aren't depicted properly

    Rug is soft and pretty but I returned due to the colors not being accurate. To say it’s cream is a stretch, it’s bright white. And the gray design has blue in it.

    Terrible

    If I could give this rug zero stars I would. Bought it 3 years ago. Never able to clean it good. Not soft at all. Just took it up and it has left a white sticky residue all over my floors that I can’t get off. Do not recommend 000/10 😡

    Machine washable?

    Care tag on the rug itself does not say it’s machine washable. It says to spot clean. Anything larger than a 7x10 will not fit a standard non commercial sized washing machine anyway

    This rug is more white than cream. The grey is also more of a light blue. It ended up working ok in our space but would have loved it more if it were cream and grey. Super soft though.
