Q: What is the best way to make this rug fluffy again? We have had it since 2018, we love it,but we need to fluff it back to glory.

  • A: Hi- This is the advice from the rug vendor: A shag runner in a high traffic area is not meant to last a lifetime, however here are some tips/tricks to get it back to life a bit! Carpet brush or clean broom to revive flattened fibers. Spot clean any stains with a mild detergent, 409 works well too and then brush over the flattened fibers and vacuum thoroughly.-Stacie

  • A: Hello Guest - Thank you for your interest in this rug. This rug is made of Polypropylene/Polyester (synthetic instead of natural wool/cotton) so it may have a slight smell for a few days.
