Unraveling/falling apart. Has literally just been on my living room floor but as time goes on the side continues to shed/unravel/ literally fall apart. This poses a choking hazard for my young children. Also, this rug had a terrible “carpet” smell the first week after laying it out.

The rug was nice when I bought it. It only took six months for fibers to started coming away from it. I can’t vacuum it without fibers coming away. There won’t be much left of it before too long. This rug was a waste of money. I will have to replace it before the year is out. I do not recommend this product.

The item was great but packaged horribly and came all dirty. I wanted to do a return/replacement but then canceled the request because i figured it would just happen again with the replacement so i oped to take the risk and try to clean it. It took some time and effort but seems to be okay now.

I purchased a similar area rug back in 2013 that I was in love with. Since then I’ve gotten around, purchasing area rugs through other companies. Also added two kids under six and a husband that never takes his shoes off to the mix. None of them were thick soft/plush or able to endure the conditions we subjected them to. So I returned to what I know and was happy with and I do not regret purchasing this. I was concerned with the reviews stating dirt and unraveling were issues. I do see some loose threading but as long as it remains tucked under the couch should be a non-issue. Our feet are very happy and our living room looks cozy and modern. And best of all I paid a reasonable price. All around a perfect fit for my family.

I was initially very happy with these rugs, but my opinion quickly changed within the first two weeks. The strings around the edges of the rugs began to tear apart, making them look worn and cheap. On top of that, these rugs are extremely hard to clean. For the $260 we paid, we expected much better quality and durability. Unfortunately, they have not lived up to our expectations and are not worth the price. Very disappointed with this purchase.

the rug itself is lovely, it’s fluffy and super comfortable however it’s shipping is god awful. It didn’t come in a box and only half of it was sealed in plastic. the other half was a taped on trash bag which was shocking to say the least. so naturally it wasn’t sealed properly and it showed up stained which is unfortunate because it is a lovely rug BUT it showed up damaged.

We loved how this looked in our space but unfortunately it arrived dirty and with part unraveling. We went to the store to exchange it and all the ones in stock were also dirty. This also shipped without being fully wrapped or covered. I wouldn’t recommend ordering this for delivery.

The packaging didn’t cover the whole rug and when it was delivered the rug was visibly dirty on large areas. I’ve ordered other rugs that have plastic covering but this one only had plastic wrapping the center leaving both ends covered in dirt. It’s too large to fit in my car, otherwise I’d return it. Don’t recommend this for delivery based on how they ship it.
