    Very happy but not washable like I hoped

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I specifically was looking for washable rugs and kept filtering to only see washable. Color of the rug is as shown, it is called charcoal but I will say I feel it has a warm quality. It has a hint of brown so it feels like a cozier dark grey. Rug is very good quality. I just wish these rugs had in fact been washable as I ordered one for my front entryway and garage entryway so they will see alot of foot traffic. I used the "see in room" feature to try a handful of rugs in my entryway to pick my favorite. It's super accurate the way the website put the rug in my room looks exactly like the photos I just took. Lastly Im in Canada and I will say I am very impressed with shipping speed.

    Bad quality

    I bought this rug and it is not quality for the price I paid. It continues to shed when vacuumed and is showing wear after only a few months. I’ve bought rugs from Rugs USA and loved them, but this is not one of them.

    Happy with Our Choice

    We have had our 9x6 Melrose Chestnut rug for a little over a month now and love both the color and the feel of it in our living room. We expected the color to have more reddish hue, but it looks more like a warm brown, which we are fine with. I expect we will order a second, smaller rug in the same color.

    The rug looks really good with my decor. A bit rough but I’m ok with it. I don’t sit on the floor much anyway. The measurements are just as described as well. I was stuck right between 2 sizes and went for the smaller one (6x9), when a 7x9 would’ve worked better for me. Anyway it still turned out great!
