[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks nice on a hardwood floor. Very neutral and and blends in nicely. Thickness is great. Comfortable to walk on a bare feet. I wasn’t sure about the color first but now I’m so glad I picked it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it looks and feels soft and plush. I like the color even better in person. My only complaint is it sheds quite a lot! I don’t notice that it travels around the house but I can tell little tufts get pulled out and stick back to the carpet and needs to be vacuumed up. When I empty the vaccum it’s mostly purple fuzz. I’ve had to return 2 other similar priced rugs that were awful quality so I’m happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DO NOT BUY THIS RUG.The Speckled Wool-Blend Rug in Truffle Brown sheds an unbelievable amount. There is lint and fuzz everywhere, and somehow it gets even worse after vacuuming. Every time I run the vacuum over it, even more fibers come loose.I live in Canada, so returning it is not an option for me. At this point, I’m literally waiting to throw it straight in the garbage. Such a waste of money. I absolutely do not recommend this rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After months of searching I finally settled on the Ariel speckled rug in green. It is soft underfoot and have received many compliments on it. The downside is that on at least my 10th vacuuming of this rug, it sheds like crazy. I’m attaching a picture of the pile of fibers from my latest vacuum. It was so bad that it clogged up my vacuum even though I had a new bag and new filters in it. I was unaware before this incident how bad it was but when I cleaned and replaced the bag and filters, the bag and hose were so full of fibers I had to dig it all out of the vacuum. I have a good Miele vacuum and it should be able to handle the load but this seems excessive. I’m now questioning whether I made the right choice.

I ordered a 4 x 6 to fit under my desk. The color was as described and it's soft but the threads came loose day 1 after our dog decided it was his new bed. So buyer beware if you have a dog who digs carpet/rugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is definitely mustard, and not a wheat color. I'm keeping it because it's a pain to return it, however, it is a pretty rug. Mine came with a couple of flaws, though. The company gave me a nice discount because of it. Overall, the rug has a beautiful sheen to it and it's nice and thick.

Just purchased two truffle rugs for my son’s room and they are the perfect deep rich brown, almost with undertones of eggplant. So definitely doesn’t look like a cheap watered down brown. I also have this rug in green, rust, and ochre- that’s how much I love it. They don’t shed very much at all and have tolerated cat scratches remarkably well. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly cannot recommend this rug because the shedding is ridiculous. I bought it for my living room, and within two days it started shedding excessively. I live alone, so this is not the result of heavy foot traffic, children, pets, or unusual wear. This happened with completely normal use.The fibers get everywhere, and I found myself constantly vacuuming the rug and cleaning up around it. I kept hoping the shedding would eventually slow down, but it became so frustrating that I finally rolled the rug up and put it in a corner. I simply could not deal with the constant cleaning anymore.I am genuinely surprised that this rug has such high ratings because my experience has been completely different. A rug should not create this much additional work, especially almost immediately after purchase.Unfortunately, this was a waste of money for me. Unless you are prepared to vacuum constantly and deal with fibers shedding throughout the room, I would strongly recommend choosing a different rug.

it’s a beautiful rug but when I got it there was a lot of shedding(it filled my dyson cordless vacuum tank with half the rug done) but I assumed it would lessen the more I vacuumed it. now almost a year later the rug sheds worse than my dogs. I do not recommend

I purchased it about a year ago, I was happy at first, though there was more shedding then I expected. But now a year later the backing is already coming off. I have contacted support to see what can be done, but I really feel like I got a defective rug... Kind of sucks as it was fairly expensive.

The rug has shed so much that I have to empty my canister every time I vacuum. The rug is very soft underfoot, though and its quality is apparent.
