    Poor quality

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received it, it was wrapped in plastic box. Open up the plastic and it had an odor it’s wool so I accepted that when I rolled it out it almost looked like it had been used. Not sure. But if you try to vacuum it it completely sheds like crazy will fill a vacuum with fluff. I feel like it’s defective.

    Sheds and difficult to clean

    The quality of this rug is good. But the color doesn't look anything like the photos on the website, which is very disappointing. And the photo shows shading in the color, which also is not accurate to its actual look. I would have returned the rug but didn't feel like dealing with the hassle that returning involves. But very disappointed.

    The rogue was exactly as what it showed when we ordered it. It’s a very quality rug. We really enjoy it and we really enjoy dealing with rugs USA you are an excellent company. You’re very reputable very helpful and it was such a pleasure. I don’t normally recommend companies because if people don’t like it, they blame me but rugs USA I would recommend to everyone if somebody said they’re looking for a rug. The first words out of my mouth is look up rugs, USA that are best so thank you.

    Constantly Sheds

    Disappointed

    Love this rug

    Flaw in the making of this rug

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second attempt with this rug. The first one had holes and snags in it, so RUGSUSA replaced it. I was very excited about the arrival of the replacement rug, but after vacuuming it a few times, there seems to be a couple of, what looks like seams that are very visible, no matter what I do to try and make them less noticeable... Aside from turning the rug to hide them under the furniture... Other people have pointed this out to me as well. Aside from that, I've not had any issues with the other two rugs I purchased.
