  • A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Apple 30W USB-C Power Adapter. Important Fitment Notes The Foldable Plug: The dimensions above are with the prongs folded in. When the prongs are extended for use, the depth increases by about 0.7 inches. Power Strip Compatibility: Because it is roughly 1.1 inches thick, it is relatively "thin" compared to older laptop bricks. However, it can still sometimes block an adjacent outlet on a tight horizontal power strip. The Extension Cable: If you find the "brick" is too bulky to fit behind a desk or nightstand, this adapter is compatible with the Apple Power Adapter Extension Cable (the "duckhead" pops off, and the long grounded cable slides on). Won't Charge Properly

Since using this adapter, my MacBook won’t hold a charge, even when plugged in all day. The battery doesn’t increase, and the laptop keeps overheating. It’s been so frustrating as I never had the problems before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM AT ALL!
